Mozambique IP Code under review

The Mozambique Industrial Property Code (CPIM) which last review dates back to 2006 is currently under review as to accommodate the new challenges in the field.

Therefore, being one of the mains IP offices in Mozambique, CGA IP team is also involved in this process which proposal as already been provided to CGA as to give Its remarks and suggestions.

Thus, it is expected that three regional workshops are held as to hear the Official Agents of Industrial Property (AOPI) and other stakeholders in the three main provinces of Mozambique so that will follow the review IPI, the Patent and Trademark Office in Mozambique as to submit same to the Council of Ministers.
