This website at cga.co.mz (the “Website”) is owned and operated by CMS Legal Services EEIG, for the benefit of all CMS Member Firms and their connected businesses (the “CMS Offices”).

CMS Legal Services EEIG provides no client services. Such services are solely provided by CMS Offices in their respective jurisdictions.

In these Terms of Use, references to “we”, “us” or “our” means CMS Legal Services EEIG and/or, as the case may be, the CMS Offices. References to “you” and “your” are to users of our Website.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you start to use this Website. By using our Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.
