Visit of the delegation of the Central Bank of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste to the CGA office

On the 2nd of July , our office received a delegation from the Central Bank of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, representatives from the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional and Religious Affairs of Mozambique, the Bank of Mozambique, and from the Mozambican Bar Association.

The meeting aimed to share our experience regarding the implementation of the legal framework for the use of movable assets as collateral with regards to the fulfillment of obligations, as well as the creation and operation of the Central Registry of Movable Guarantees (CRGM).

CGA´s recognition in this legal domain, was what to led to its selection for this meeting.

CGA was represented by our colleagues Thera Dai and Cleide Cossa, and the Bar Association was represented by the Vice-President, Dr. Arlindo Guilamba.
