Auxilio's commitment to public service is evident through his roles in local government and institutions. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Agência de Desenvolvimento Económico Local de Maputo" from 2005 to 2009, contributing to the economic development of the region. He was also a Councilor for the Municipal Administration and Institutional Development of the Municipality of the City of Matola from 2004 to 2009, playing a vital role in local governance.
