Nilza Jechande is an accomplished lawyer specializing in corporate and tax law.  

In her practice, Nilza focuses on corporate and tax matters. In the corporate field, she handles various tasks such as company incorporations, reorganizations, restructuring, and shareholding transfers. She also conducts legal audits, manages increases and reductions of share capital, and oversees mergers of credit institutions.
