Paulo Ferreira is a highly experienced lawyer with expertise in the areas of Energy, Oil & Gas, Mining, Natural Resources, and Infrastructures & PPPs.  

Paulo has built an impressive career in the legal field, demonstrating his commitment to the profession. 

In the area of Energy, Paulo has been involved in various significant projects. He has played a crucial role in the negotiation and concession processes for power generation projects, including coal-fired power stations, hydroelectric dams, and gas engine power plants across different provinces in Mozambique. Additionally, he has contributed to the establishment of wind power parks in multiple provinces. 

Within the Oil & Gas sector, Paulo has been part of the CGA team involved in negotiations for the establishment of legal and contractual special regimes for LNG projects in the Rovuma Basin.  

In the field of Mining, Paulo has provided legal assistance to mining concessionaires, covering areas such as coal, heavy sands, gemstones, and gold mines.  

Paulo's expertise extends to Infrastructures & PPPs, where he has been involved in negotiations for port and railway concessions, including coal terminals, railway lines, and port facilities in various provinces of Mozambique.
