Sandro has over 15 years’ experience advising clients in a wide variety of public law matters, in particular, administrative law, land issues, mining, energy, and public procurement, including contracts, regulation, concessions and licensing.  

Besides of this he has substantial experience in the field of environmental law, real estate and construction, as well as the provision of legal advice on the installation, licensing and operation of energy production facilities, drafting of various laws and regulations in the environmental sector.  

Sandro Jorge's diverse experience and extensive knowledge in multiple legal areas make him a valuable member of CGA - Couto, Graça e Associados, contributing to the provision of comprehensive legal services to clients in Mozambique.
