Her areas of expertise include Corporate, Investment, Exchange Control, Natural Resources, Public Law, Property Law, Tourism, Aviation, Telecommunications, and Agriculture. 

Throughout her career, Thera has undertaken numerous tasks related to her areas of practice. In Corporate matters, she has been involved in negotiations, legal assistance in project restructuring, due diligence, share transfers, and the preparation of agreements for various industries such as oil & gas, real estate, hotels, and more. 

Thera has also excelled in Investment matters, providing assistance and follow-up for investment projects in different sectors, including energy, mining, and commercial industries. She has extensive experience in dealing with Exchange Control regulations and has obtained authorizations and licenses for capital and exchange transactions. 

In addition, Thera has worked on Land Law, Property Law, Public Law, Natural Resources, Aviation, Telecommunications, and Agriculture cases, offering legal advice, assistance, and opinion preparation in these respective fields.
