Wilma Mavie is a lawyer specialized in Commercial Law, with more than 4 years of extensive experience in the field of commercial companies, from their incorporation, licensing, registration with various entities and other subsequent matters.

Wilma Mavie embarked on her professional career at CGA in 2020 as a trainee lawyer, having acquired extensive experience in commercial, civil and investment law throughout her career. Her commitment, professionalism and hard work led her to be promoted to the position of Associate Lawyer in October 2023.

Wilma Mavie holds a Master's degree in International Business Law, which has contributed positively to her integration into CGA's Corporate Department.

Wilma Mavie has made an exceptional contribution to the Corporate Department, advising on commercial matters, with a particular focus on the incorporation of companies, registration, obtaining authorizations from the Bank of Mozambique and other institutions, preparing General Meetings and Boards of Directors, transfer of shares, purchase and sale of shares, registration of directors, as well as processes for the purchase and sale of real estate, investment projects and obtaining various licenses to carry out commercial activities.
