Ana Martins is a highly skilled lawyer practicing in the Corporate area, focused specially on company restructure processes, mergers, sale and purchase of shareholdings, dissolution and liquidation, foreign investment as well as with property law issues, with emphasis on land related matters.
Ana has wide experience with the regulatory frameworks in several areas of Law and assisted the projection and the development of relevant projects in Mozambique, ensuring their legal compliance.
In her areas of practice throughout her career, Ana has been directly involved in various projects and transactions of national and international clients operating in different industries, with emphasis in mining, oil and gas, construction, banking and finance, insurance, technology and data protection, gambling, food industry and agriculture fields.
Besides her experience in the corporate and commercial practice, she has been engaged with exchange control issues and pre-approvals of operations with the Central Bank and with cross border transactions of complex nature, including their structure, negotiation and compliance.
