José Mula is a highly educated and experienced professional in the field of tax law.  

With a diverse range of skills and qualifications, José has pursued a successful career in both the legal and educational sectors. Currently, he serves as a Tax Consultant at CGA - Couto, Graça and Associados since October 2014, where he provides expert guidance on tax-related matters. José has also held positions as a Lecturer at the Universidade Pedagógica, teaching subjects such as Notions of Law and Administrative Law, and at the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Auditoria de Moçambique, teaching Tax Litigation and the Mozambican Tax System. 

Apart from tax law, José is well-versed in other areas of practice, including customs law, criminal tax law, administrative law, financial law, and litigation in tax, customs, and administrative matters. His fluency in multiple languages, including Portuguese, English, Changane, and Ronga, enables him to effectively communicate and provide legal assistance to a diverse range of clients. 

With his comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations, as well as his extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, José is a valuable asset in providing expert advice and resolving complex tax-related issues.
